Fire and Gas Detection Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Quality Engineer to support the quality and reliability of our fire and gas detection products. You'll work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and our suppliers to resolve quality issues, strengthen manufacturing controls, and drive continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead root-cause investigations, CAPA activities, containment, and effectiveness verification. Develop and improve inspection methods, control plans, sampling plans, and acceptance criteria. Analyze quality data to reduce defects, scrap, rework, and operational risk. Support design reviews, engineering changes, process improvements, and product transfers. Conduct internal and process audits and help prepare for customer and third-party audits. Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve supplier performance. Facilitate design and process FMEAs. Support calibration, validation, process capability, and measurement-system analysis. Maintain quality plans, procedures, work instructions, and other QMS documentation. Help ensure compliance with
