$75,000 - $105,000 per year Job Details - We're seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to serve as the liaison between our company and customers on technical and quality issues. You'll drive manufacturing quality improvements using 8D corrective action methodology, support our
ISO 9001
2015 Quality Management System, and keep production running at the highest standards.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement quality standards; monitor and analyze quality performance Investigate product/production issues and drive corrective actions using 8D methodology Perform and participate in internal audits; maintain QMS procedures, records, and calibration schedules Provide IPC training and refereeing to production teams Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and management on continuous improvement initiatives Support safety committee activities and manage non-conforming materials
Required:
3+ years of industrial experience, preferably in high-volume manufacturing or automation Working knowledge of
ISO 9001
2015, IPC 600, IPC 610, J-STD-001 Experience with 8D corrective action methodology Data-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in a science or technical field (or equivalent)
Requirements:
