What you'll do Liaise with the production team on all quality related issues Monitor day to day issues with regards health, safety & environment Ensure compliance with national legislation Perform Process Audit within the related area (Supplier Process, SAS Process) Development of risk management Report quality issues (Claims coming from Customer, SAS Line, Supplier) & identify root cause Deliver training sessions on all relevant aspects of Quality Establish & maintain safe systems of work within his area of responsibility Lead and able to substitute the related Quality Technicians Define & Manage Quality Planning & Documentation Create the JIS facility internal audit schedule Support Continuous Improvement Process Planning, Realization & Management of related equipment Accomplishment and Coordination of Initial Sampling (Components and Module) Authorization to block & release production What we offer A pleasant working atmosphere, with good career opportunities. FMEA, SPC, ISO 14001, ISO
TS and IATF 16949 and VDA 6.1 Experience leading work- teams nice to have, potentially 1st time experience Problem-solving experience and methodologies Product & Process knowledge Fluent English
