In this role, you will develop and maintain quality management systems, lead root cause investigations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry standards in a highly regulated electronics manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures including QMS, Work Instructions, and SOPs Investigate, document, and resolve production and customer issues including CARs, NCRs, and RMAs Lead root cause investigations for systemic production and quality issues and implement sustainable corrective actions (CAPAs) Design and implement continuous improvement projects to improve capability and performance Review customer requirements via contract review with emphasis on space addendum requirements Ensure compliance with industry standards including IPC, ISO, and AS specifications Host customer visits and support internal and external audits
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing required Specific experience with
J-STD-001
Space Addendum or NASA standards strongly preferred Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Excellent cross-functional communication skills Strategic and continuous improvement mindset with hands-on technical depth Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to customers and auditors
Pay & Schedule:
Salary:
$95,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 4/10 schedule (four 10-hour days)
Pay:
$95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
