Job Description

Everpure, Inc. is seeking a Hardware Debug and Validation Engineer to design, test, and validate high reliability hardware that powers modern data and analytics platforms. You'll develop test plans, bring up boards, debug complex issues at board and system level, and collaborate with firmware and data platform teams to ensure performance, signal integrity, and reliability. You'll create automation for validation, document findings, and drive root cause analysis. At Everpure, you'll work in a collaborative, learning focused culture with opportunities to explore new technologies and influence architecture decisions. Responsibilities Develop and execute hardware validation and debug plans for boards and systems supporting data and analytics platforms. Perform board bring-up, power-on testing, and subsystem verification using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. Investigate and resolve signal integrity, power, and timing issues across high-speed interfaces like PCIe, DDR, and Ethernet. Automate validation workflows and regression tests using scripting languages such as Python. Collaborate with firmware, software, and data platform teams to ensure end-to-end hardware/software integration and performance. Document test procedures, results, and root-cause analyses, and communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders. Contribute to design reviews, providing feedback on testability, reliability, and manufacturability of new hardware designs. Support compliance and reliability testing, and partner with vendors or labs as needed.
