Full Job Description Salary:

Full Benefits Reference:
J50S(1.8.25)1111 Plant Reliability & Engineering Manager The Opportunity A growing manufacturing operation in Northern Colorado is seeking an experienced maintenance and reliability leader to strengthen equipment performance, maintenance systems, and technical capabilities across a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both building systems and solving problems on the plant floor. The successful candidate will inherit an operation with significant opportunity to improve preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, maintenance planning, technical team development, and overall plant uptime. What You'll Own Develop a more disciplined preventive and predictive maintenance program across production and facility equipment. Improve use of the CMMS, work-order management, maintenance scheduling, equipment history, and spare-parts controls. Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians while helping build the technical depth of the department. Establish practical measures for downtime, equipment reliability, response time, PM completion, and maintenance effectiveness. Work directly with operations to troubleshoot recurring mechanical, electrical, controls, and process-equipment issues. Identify root causes of chronic failures and implement lasting corrective actions rather than repeated short-term repairs. Introduce reliability and TPM principles appropriate for a high-volume manufacturing environment. Coordinate contractors and technical vendors for repairs, installations, and improvement projects. Support plant safety, food-safety, and regulatory requirements associated with equipment and maintenance activities. Remain highly engaged on the production floor and provide leadership during critical equipment failures. What We're Looking For We're looking for a maintenance leader who has helped build or materially improve a maintenance organization, rather than simply operate within a system.
The strongest candidates will bring:
Maintenance or reliability leadership experience in manufacturing; food, beverage, CPG, packaging, or another high-throughput environment is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success improving preventive maintenance and equipment reliability. Working knowledge of CMMS systems, maintenance planning, spare-parts management, and reliability metrics. Strong mechanical aptitude with enough electrical and controls knowledge to effectively lead troubleshooting. Practical experience with TPM or similar reliability/continuous-improvement systems. Experience developing technicians and raising the capability and accountability of a maintenance team. A hands-on leadership style—you should be equally comfortable discussing maintenance strategy with senior leadership and troubleshooting equipment alongside the team. The ability to create structure and priorities in an operation where not every system or process has already been built. Position Details This is a full-time, exempt, on-site leadership position in Northern Colorado.
Compensation:
$120,000-$145,000 base salary plus annual performance-based bonus
Benefits:
Medical, dental and vision coverage, paid holidays, and paid time off. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
