High SchoolResponsibilities Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections, as well as critical dimension and visual checks on incoming raw materials and finished products Utilize calipers, metric tapes, gauges, and precision instruments Enter and maintain inspection data in SAP; generate and process Non-Conforming Material Reports (NMRs); disposition rejected materials; maintain and archive official quality records. Participate in root cause investigations, Corrective/Preventive Action (CAPA) activities, and continuous improvement initiatives Serve as a subject-matter expert to Production, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues and support internal audits. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specs, and tolerances; hands-on expertise with precision measuring equipment. Strong mathematical aptitude, problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent enterprise ERP software. Working knowledge of
