The Quality Assurance organization has an opportunity for you to join the GTF Program Quality Management team. In this role, you will lead and support dynamic activities on a growing commercial engine program. Activities will engage Customers, internal organizations, and internal and external producers driven to high levels of Quality performance related to product development, certification, production, and delivery.
What You Will Do:
Seek, understand and communicate the 'voice of the customer' (externally and internally) in decisions affecting Quality and performance.
Work with cross-functional groups to help define, establish and execute Quality and process improvements.
Utilize PPAP core elements (PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow and Control Plans, etc.) to identify risks and propose mitigation solutions.
Maintain Quality metrics and reports, Customer scorecards, corrective actions, updating and publishing weekly and monthly Quality reports.
Turn metrics into action, intel into improvement.
Identify production and delivery risks; ensure implementation of effective and sustainable RCCA.
Provide recommendations, support of IPMT and CIPT on targets for product safety, performance, Quality/manufacturability, reliability, service life.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors Degree in a technical, business or Quality field or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience.
Ability to support potential domestic and international travel (up to 20).

Knowledge of the P&W Quality Management System.
Working knowledge of complex engine component and assemblies.
