Job Summary Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Intern to support our Quality Assurance team in a fast-paced plastic injection molding manufacturing environment. This internship provides hands-on experience in quality systems, process documentation, and statistical process control (SPC). The intern will play a key role in aligning control plans with SPC software, improving work instructions, and contributing to system enhancements that drive product consistency and compliance. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Review, update, and create work instructions to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with current manufacturing practices. Assist in aligning control plans with SPC software to ensure real-time data collection and monitoring of critical process parameters. Support the implementation and maintenance of quality system improvements, including document control, audit readiness, and corrective action tracking. Participate in root cause analysis and assist in developing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the molding process. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements Must be currently pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in an engineering field Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning software (SAP and IQMS preferred)
• Willing to be hands on in the manufacturing facility
• Excellent verbal and written communication
