- 3+ years of experience performing root cause analysis and corrective action planning
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration Preferred Skills
- Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certifications
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and controls
- Experience performing First Article Inspections

- Experience with automated processes and robotic technologies
- Knowledge and/or experience working to the requirements of industry-recognized Quality Systems such as International (ISO) and Aerospace (AS) regulations Job Duties & Functions
- Conduct technical evaluations of product requirements, specifications, and designs
- Lead product failure investigations and material review board decisions
- Develop quality improvement strategies for internal and supplier performance
- Implement quality improvement strategies across internal and supplier domains
- Design inspection and testing processes
- Analyze inspection and testing processes using statistical analysis
