Position Summary The Quality Engineer provides leadership for the company's Quality Management System (QMS) while driving continuous improvement throughout the organization. This role oversees product quality, ISO compliance, supplier quality, calibration systems, audits, and corrective actions. Working closely with Operations, Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, this position helps improve quality performance, reduce waste, strengthen workplace safety, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Quality Management Lead and maintain the
ISO 9001
Quality Management System (QMS). Maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation. Lead management reviews and support external certification audits. Develop and maintain inspection plans, control plans, PFMEAs, and PPAP documentation. Maintain customer quality documentation and quality planning processes. Product Quality Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspections. Ensure products meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards. Manage non-conforming material processes and corrective actions. Analyze quality trends and implement process improvements. Program and utilize precision inspection equipment. Maintain calibration systems and inspection records. Continuous Improvement Lead Root Cause Analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto Analysis. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Reduce PFMEA and SFMEA risk levels. Drive quality process improvements Innovate quality improvements using technology and artificial intelligence Customer & Supplier Quality Respond to customer quality concerns and corrective actions. Manage supplier quality performance and supplier corrective actions. Auditing & Compliance Conduct internal quality and safety audits. Support external customer, certification, and regulatory audits. Verify corrective action effectiveness. Leadership Champion quality and safety throughout the organization. Collaborate with Operations, Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain. Coach employees through quality practices. Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. What Success Looks Like Maintain world-class quality standards. Preferred Qualifications Three years of experience in manufacturing quality.

Lead Auditor certification. Associate's or Technical degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, or a related field. Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma training.
