As a DRAM Yield & Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end health of server DRAM products, including yield, quality, and performance. You will guide technical decision-making, analyze manufacturing and product data, and partner with global collaborators to ensure successful product qualification, ramp, and high-volume manufacturing. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical leadership, and the ability to drive multi-functional alignment to deliver predictable product quality and customer satisfaction. ### ### Responsibilities- Own global product health for server DRAM products, including yield, quality, and speed performance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze silicon parametric, test, and manufacturing data to identify issues, determine root causes, and drive corrective actions.
- Develop and execute yield and quality improvement strategies across new product introduction (NPI), qualification, production ramp, and high-volume manufacturing.
- Collaborate with fab, test, module, quality, and operations teams worldwide to align priorities and drive execution.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve engineering workflows, data analysis efficiency, and technical decision-making. ### Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge through coursework or experience in yield analysis, product quality, testing, debugging, or process issue resolution.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems using structured methodologies within an agile project management environment.
- Experience developing, maintaining, or utilizing automation solutions, including AI-assisted tools, to improve engineering productivity.
- Strong analytical, communication, and multi-functional collaboration skills. ### Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with common DRAM failure mechanisms and hands-on failure analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, backend test, module assembly, or system-level interactions.
- Experience leading yield improvement initiatives, product qualification activities, or manufacturing optimization projects.
- Proven technical leadership in cross-site and multi-functional engineering environments.
- Experience applying AI or data-driven approaches to accelerate root-cause analysis, process improvement, or engineering decision-making.
