- Lead or support excursion mitigation activities, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), sampling strategy development, and audit execution, including documentation of findings and improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with global manufacturing sites, process integration, process development, yield analysis, and data science teams to align quality methodologies and transfer technology to HVM.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools and data analytics to improve process monitoring, quality assessment, problem solving, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision making. ## Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience analyzing manufacturing, process, quality, or engineering data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
- Demonstrated understanding of statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and quality management principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to cross-functional teams.
- Experience using data analysis tools, reporting systems, or AI-enabled technologies to support decision making and continuous improvement initiatives. ## Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, defect inspection, metrology, yield engineering, or quality engineering environments.
- Knowledge of FMEA, sampling methodologies, auditing practices, and excursion management processes.
- Experience collaborating with global or cross-site teams to implement process improvements and technology transfers.
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics, visualization tools, and AI-supported solutions for operational performance monitoring and quality improvement. ### AI & Digital Capability
