As an Associate Quality Engineer, you will support the Quality department and work within an AS9100-certified aerospace quality system and collaborate with customers, suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage and support the

SAE AS9102

First Article Inspection (FAI) process. Participate in corrective action investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. Support product design and release activities as a quality subject matter resource. Develop and maintain process-based quality metrics focused on continual improvement. Work closely with manufacturing personnel to investigate product and process nonconformities. Create and maintain quality standards, procedures, and documentation. Manage training records and compliance requirements within the AS9100 Quality Management System. Assist with process improvement projects and quality initiatives. Review customer documentation packages and participate in source inspections. Perform inspections to ensure products and documentation meet quality requirements

Qualifications Inclue:

Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. 0-2 years of engineering, manufacturing, or quality experience Zing Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
