Quality Engineer Join our team to investigate and analyze quality problems, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions. You will assure effective systems, validations, and controls are established and maintained to transition new products and technologies from development to operational environment. Establish robust, sustainable systems to ensure corrective and preventive measures are systematically implemented, monitored, and controlled, meeting our

requirements. Your role will involve creating and processing appropriate Engineering Change Notices to reflect quality-related changes in the production process. You will develop and maintain work instructions for assigned areas and perform in-station assembly audits by comparing work instructions to the assembly process to ensure appropriate equipment, tooling, and parts are being utilized. Responsibilities Investigate and analyze quality problems. Recommend solutions and implement corrective actions. Assure effective systems, validations, and controls are established and maintained. Transition new products and technologies from development to operational environment. Establish systems to ensure corrective and preventive measures are implemented, monitored, and controlled. Create and process Engineering Change Notices for quality-related changes in the production process. Develop and maintain work instructions for assigned areas. Perform in-station assembly audits to ensure appropriate equipment, tooling, and parts are utilized. Investigate and make recommendations on the procurement of equipment to improve manufacture. Lead process improvement projects utilizing lean principles. Develop, modify, apply, and maintain quality standards and protocols. Create and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating products. Design and/or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment. Conduct quality assurance tests. Essential Skills Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 2+ years of quality engineering experience Experience in production environment Knowledge of basic engineering principles, theories, and concepts Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop relationships for delivery of constructive feedback and corrections Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with
