A Product Quality Engineer evaluates and tests products and manufacturing systems, to ensure that products are produced that meet quality and performance standards as well as safety and regulatory requirements. Develops product quality standards and monitors production and product testing.

YOU MUST HAVE 0-2
years of experience in quality engineering or related roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments. Basic understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with quality tools such as root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and data analysis. Experience with quality documentation and audit processes is a plus.
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics . Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Internship or co-op experience in quality engineering or manufacturing environments. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and statistical analysis tools. Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $63,900 - $79,900. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
