at MIC in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, United States Job Description Analyzing key metrics to ensure ISO9001 compliance on site within the manufacturing facility; Developing and implementing corrective actions of key metrics to ensure ISO9001 compliance; Leading and driving corrective actions and continuous improvements within manufacturing operations; Reviewing and implementing Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques; Developing, implementing and maintaining process controls through advanced quality planning techniques using GD&T, Minitab, 5-Whys, APQP, PPAP, RCA, and TrackWise; Completing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions using formula problem solving techniques; Interpreting and applying statistical techniques from a quality perspective; Developing and implementing quality tools and structured problem solving methods; Reviewing and interpreting product designs and prints from a quality assurance perspective; Completing PPAP, FAIR, First Article and other quality assurance documentation; and Developing reports for management on identified quality issues and recommending improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Industrial Engineering or Industrial and Systems Engineering and one year's experience in position or one year's experience in Quality Assurance Manufacturing field; and experience with GD&T, Minitab, 5-Whys, APQP, PPAP, RCA, and TrackWise.
