Job Title:
Quality Engineer / Continuous Improvement Specialist Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Quality Engineer with strong expertise in Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and quality management systems. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and lead root cause analysis initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute Six Sigma and Lean initiatives to improve process efficiency and reduce waste Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Develop and maintain FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for risk identification and mitigation Monitor and analyze process performance using Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools Ensure compliance with
ISO 9001
standards and maintain quality documentation Plan, conduct, and support internal and external audits Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects Identify process gaps and recommend sustainable quality improvements Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field Proven experience in quality engineering, process improvement, or compliance roles Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean principles, and root cause analysis techniques Hands-on experience with CAPA, FMEA, and SPC tools Solid understanding of
ISO 9001
standards and quality management systems (QMS) Experience in audit processes and regulatory compliance Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
