Apply quality management techniques to ensure the organization meets its quality policy, objectives, and quality management system requirements to satisfy customers and other stakeholders. Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains documents to support assembly of Inventus Power products. Participates in new product development activities (NPI), relative to IQ OQ PQ and PPAP, as required. First point of customer contact on quality related issues. Supports supplier quality activities as required. Provides statistical information for quality improvement by gathering data on trends and root cause analysis.
