The Quality Engineering Airframe for RFE (QIAT) Team is:
Transnational, highly collaborative and integrated with our Engineering colleagues

Assuring highest standards of work ethics and always driving change and improvements
We assure the development of strategies, concepts, standards and tools for Engineering Quality and Continuous Performance Improvement as well as continued compliance with requirements, regulations and approvals
RESPONSABILITIES
We are looking for a new Quality Conformance Management for RFE (Rear Fuselage Empennage) in Getafe.
In this role you are:
Part of a a team based in Getafe and Hamburg
Quality engineering focal point for Customer Services. Guarantee quality of main CS deliverables like Repairs, SRM (Structure Repair Manual) SARI (Safety Related Item) investigation.
Part of digitalization Quality Engineering network
Drive main Quality activities across programs as PPS, DFMEA, FIC and design reviews.
Develop & maintain effective Quality KPI's & integrated management review.

Customer Services Team
Digitalization team
SKILLS:
English fluent (written/spoken)
General Knowledge in Quality Management Systems
An Engineering degree or a related discipline.t
Project management basics
Proficiency in Data Analytics and advanced Google Workspace
Customer focus (voice of the customer)
Self-motivation & Autonomous Excellent team spirit and collaboration.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with different profiles.
Experience in continuous improvement projects.
