Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Reliability Engineer to join our team and ensure the optimal performance, safety, and longevity of our equipment and systems. The Reliability Engineer will analyze failure modes, develop maintenance strategies, and implement reliability improvements to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining system integrity. Duties Conduct reliability analysis on equipment and systems to identify potential failure points and areas for improvement. Develop and implement maintenance strategies that maximize equipment uptime and reduce downtime. Monitor system performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for reliability enhancements. Collaborate with engineering teams to design and modify systems for improved reliability. Perform root cause analysis of failures and develop corrective action plans. Create detailed documentation of reliability processes, procedures, and findings. Support ongoing training initiatives related to reliability best practices. Participate in safety reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in reliability engineering or maintenance engineering roles is preferred. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Knowledge of failure modes, maintenance strategies, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM). Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
