Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team and help us continue to build quality into everything we make. This is a hands-on role in a family-owned manufacturing environment where we work closely together and solve problems as a team. This role combines quality assurance, inspection, documentation control, customer issue resolution and continuous improvement.

is a company where your voice and your ideas will not only be heard but used to make a difference! Duties Create and update quality documents and procedures. Help reduce scrap, rework, and defects. Identify root causes and take corrective action. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System. Perform daily inspections and review quality results. Promote quality and continuous improvement Support PPAPs, new products, and process improvements. Use basic inspection and measurement equipment. Work with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues. Work with production to solve quality problems. Skills 2-5+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing preferred. Comfortable working on the manufacturing floor and with production teams. CQE or Six Sigma certification is a plus but not required. Engineering degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. Experience with OEM customers is a plus. Knowledge of GD&T, SPC, root cause analysis, PPAP, FMEA, and APQP. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Why Join Us?
