With decades of innovation and a reputation for engineering excellence, they continue to invest heavily in cutting-edge technologies and employee growth Job Description Act as the primary quality representative supporting manufacturing and foundry operations. Partner with operations and engineering teams to improve process capability, yield, and product quality. Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve manufacturing and customer quality concerns. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality and performance standards. Support process changes, validations, and quality reviews across manufacturing operations. Analyze manufacturing data and process metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain quality reporting tools, KPIs, and performance dashboards. Participate in internal audits and quality system improvement projects. Provide quality guidance and risk assessments to cross-functional stakeholders. Champion quality engineering best practices across the organization. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field. Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or a similar technical environment. Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and devices. Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. U.S. Person status required due to regulatory requirements. What's on Offer Competitive salary range of $85,000 to $104,000 per year. Permanent position with growth opportunities.
