As a US-Lead Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting manufacturing and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to quality management, which will align successfully in the organization.

$60 What's the Job? Ensure the quality of products through development and enforcement of robust Quality Systems and manufacturing processes. Lead and supervise personnel responsible for Quality Leading Indicators (QLI), Supplier Quality oversight, audits, and special processes. Develop tracking, evaluation, and structured corrective action activities to foster continuous improvement. Mentor employees on Quality Systems, ensuring compliance and fostering professional growth. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer requirements. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum 3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or quality environment. Experience managing quality systems and conducting audits. Knowledge of Blue Prints, Specifications, and Quality System standards such as
AS9100, ISO 9001, TS16949.
