As a Quality Engineer I, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting quality assurance, process improvements, and compliance with regulatory standards. Support production with resolution of quality issues in accordance with established procedures. Assist on the manufacturing floor to ensure adherence to procedures and proper documentation of device history records (DHR). Contribute to the development, implementation, and effectiveness of the Quality Management System per ISO, FDA, and other regulatory agencies. Maintain professional behavior with internal and external business associates, reflecting positively on the company and adhering to policies and practices. Identify and understand the quality implications of job performance, including awareness of device defects related to design, verification, validation, manufacturing, and testing activities. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Science, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of FDA, cGMPs/QSR, and ISO quality system requirements. Proficiency in database, internet, inventory, spreadsheet, and word processing software. Strong technical writing and effective communication skills. Ability to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and compliance. What's in it for me?
