Entry-Level Quality Engineer Bluewater Thermal Solutions Bluewater Thermal Solutions is seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Quality Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and develop their skills in quality systems, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for quality. While experience in manufacturing or quality control is preferred, we recognize that great candidates may not meet every qualification listed below. We are willing to invest in the right individual who demonstrates initiative, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow within our organization. Preference will be given to candidates located within the Tri-State area. Preferred Knowledge & Experience Experience with or knowledge of the following is preferred: Gage Calibration Work Instruction and Procedure Development Control Plans Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

Requirements CustomerSpecific Requirements Internal Auditing Brazing Applications Hardness Testing Data Collection and Analysis Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required Associate Degree (2year) from an accredited institution preferred Degree or coursework in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
Preferred Certifications:
The following certifications are beneficial but not required: IATF Internal Auditor Certification ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
