Job Description

We are representing a globally recognized manufacturing organization actively seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer to drive quality performance and continuous improvement across their operation. This is a fast-track position for a high performer looking to accelerate into future leadership opportunities within the Quality organization. Position Overview Leads Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives to drive process capability, reduce scrap, and improve first-pass yield Applies Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, SPC, capability studies) to solve complex quality problems and reduce variation Leads root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) for internal and customer quality issues Partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive quality improvements upstream and downstream Mentors junior engineers and champions a culture of continuous improvement across the plant Supports new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities Owns and reports on quality KPIs, presenting performance and improvement plans to leadership Drives standardization of quality systems, procedures, and best practices across the operation Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) required 5+ years of quality engineering experience within a manufacturing environment Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; Black Belt a strong plus Proven track record leading continuous improvement projects with measurable, quantifiable results Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills Why Join Fast-track growth opportunity with a clear path to advancement within the Quality organization Excellent benefits package, including strong health, retirement, and wellness offerings Culture built around continuous improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies High-visibility role with direct exposure to plant and functional leadership
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year
