Embedded Systems Engineer Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Engineer with a solid foundation in Embedded Systems, Electronics, and Systems Engineering. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for learning. While specific domain knowledge can be taught, we are looking for someone who can quickly grasp complex system behaviors and contribute to requirements development and test validation activities. Key Responsibilities Analyze system architectures, state machines, flowcharts, and functional designs. Develop clear, concise, and traceable system requirements based on design inputs. Create detailed test cases and validation procedures to verify system functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to understand system behavior and requirements. Support system verification, validation, and troubleshooting activities. Ensure requirements and test artifacts are documented in accordance with engineering best practices. Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous process improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, including: Embedded Systems Electronics and Hardware Concepts Systems Engineering Principles Requirement Development and Analysis Testing and Validation Methodologies Ability to interpret state machines, flow diagrams, and system-level designs. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to requirements management and test case development. Familiarity with system modeling, functional specifications, or product development lifecycles. Knowledge of automotive, aerospace, industrial, or embedded product development environments is a plus. Desired Candidate Profile Passionate about learning and developing new technical skills. Self-driven, curious, and eager to take on engineering challenges. Strong attention to detail with a systems-thinking mindset. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
