Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and operational excellence, is seeking an Equipment & Data Reliability Engineer to join their team. As an Equipment & Data Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Reliability and Maintenance Engineering department supporting operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

$115,000 yearly What's the Job? Own continuous improvement initiatives and efforts driving the reliability and maintenance engineering (RME) program. Develop processes and procedures ensuring reliable and quality data input into CMMS software. Perform historical data analysis to predict equipment failures using models such as SPC, Weibull, exponential distributions, and FRACAS to develop KPIs and Six Sigma-based processes. Strive for maximum equipment Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and calculating metrics like MTBF and MTTR. Drive predictive maintenance programs utilizing vibration analysis, oil analysis, and infrared imaging techniques. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline. Three (3) or more years of experience in a specialty designation area within manufacturing or operational settings. Certification in recognized reliability and maintenance programs. Experience managing O&M contracts, projects, and resources to ensure smooth data integration into CMMS software. Ability to develop optimized PM scheduling, resource allocation, and safety procedures, including conducting job hazard analyses. What's in it for me?
