Available for qualified out-of-area candidates Our client, a global automotive manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join its team in the Holland/Zeeland, MI area. The Quality Engineer will support plant quality, customers, suppliers, manufacturing operations, and new program launches while helping maintain compliance with

requirements.

| PPAP | Corrective Action | Quality Systems What You'll Do Ensure high-quality parts are consistently delivered to customers. Support quality activities involving customers, suppliers, manufacturing operations, and program launches. Maintain compliance with
IATF 16949
requirements. Conduct and support internal quality audits. Prepare and manage PPAP submissions . Develop, maintain, and improve quality systems, plans, procedures, and documentation. Lead and support corrective action and root cause problem-solving activities. Analyze quality data and documentation to identify issues and improvement opportunities. Communicate directly with customers regarding quality concerns and requirements. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments on continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure established quality and job performance standards are achieved. What We're Looking For 2+ years of automotive manufacturing quality experience. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Experience with IATF 16949, PPAP, quality systems, auditing, and corrective action processes . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong customer communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work overtime as needed. Vision systems experience is highly preferred.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
