Summary:
This role drives continuous quality improvement by gathering and analyzing data, maintaining standards, proposing solutions, and communicating with all stakeholders, from operators to high-level management.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all quality inspections, including activity of off shifts Submit non-conformance reports if needed and follow up to ensure problems are corrected Ensure accurate and standardized collection of data Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and troubleshooting Work independently and also in collaboration with others Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure testing for changes in materials or dimensions occurs Provide data as requested by other work related team include HQ Track/monitoring SPC data of all inspections and drive future changes Write and maintain work instructions Train operators when any changes occur Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3

Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree required or equivalent, relevant experience (MS preferred) Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/industrial Engineering / Computer science / or equivalent Knowledge Lean Six Sigma (Greenbelt or black belt holder preferred)
Experience:
0 to 3+ years of experience in a quality engineer or related role Experience with complete core documents, including control plans and process failure mode effects analysis (PFMEA) helpful Experience with statistical process control (SPC) preferred Experience with 4M change process preferred
Skills:
