Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through quality audits, quality documentation, and supporting manufacturing launch activities including client communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality processes and methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance. Responsibilities Collaborate with external partners and clients to ensure quality product that meets all customer requirements. Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation including control plans, inspection reports, and process documentation. Lead and support Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities to validate new or modified parts before production release. Facilitate Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes to ensure smooth product launches and effective risk management. Provide technical support during product launches, addressing any quality issues that arise during initial production phases. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality requirements. Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to improve product quality. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions. Effective communication skills for collaboration with both internal and external teams. Pay:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
