Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to drive our manufacturing excellence, manage supplier standards, and champion continuous improvement. You will be tasked with resolving customer quality issues, establishing long-term corrective solutions, facilitating Advanced Quality Planning (APQP), and maintaining strict adherence to

protocols. This role requires active collaboration with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and our external partners to elevate our overall process and product quality. Primary Responsibilities Spearhead Advanced Quality Planning (AQP/APQP) initiatives to ensure successful program launches for our clients. Oversee the resolution of customer quality concerns to help maintain high levels of client satisfaction and trust. Evaluate internal and external corrective measures to confirm that problems are fully resolved. Offer technical quality expertise to assist the Manufacturing and Quality Assurance departments. standards to ensure our facility remains fully compliant. Execute internal and system audits to verify that all processes align with

requirements. Collaborate across departments including Engineering and Suppliers to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Review supplier documentation and components to facilitate smooth PPAP approvals. Manage and organize all PPAP documentation and relevant quality correspondence. Evaluate and provide authorization for incoming deviation requests. Design and deploy quality strategies to help the team achieve world-class Six Sigma manufacturing performance. Foster a culture of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and ongoing process improvement. Monitor quality trends and process risks to help the team proactively reduce defects. Provide quality oversight throughout the entire lifecycle of our products. Maintain accurate customer quality files to ensure ongoing compliance with

Provide technical mentorship to manufacturing personnel and quality staff. Partner with Customer Liaisons to ensure all specific client quality needs are met. Suggest necessary resources, budgets, and procedural updates to leadership. Complete additional quality-related tasks as requested by management. Be available for Saturday shifts when operational demands require it. Expertise in CAPA, root cause analysis, and effective problem-solving to help improve operational reliability. Experience conducting thorough internal and system audits. Background in managing supplier quality records and documentation. Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
