Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field preferred

Experience Requirements:

3-5 years of automotive engineering experienceExperience with automatic transmission development and validationProficiency with ETAS INCA, Vector CANalyzer, or similar data acquisition and calibration toolsStrong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical reporting skills

Job Duties:

Lead transmission development, testing, and validation activitiesCreate test plans, schedules, and supporting documentationSupport test cell setup, instrumentation, and validation executionAnalyze test data and generate detailed validation reportsInvestigate test failures and implement corrective actionsCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including software, calibration, thermal, engine, and hardware groupsConduct post-test inspections and document resultsManage multiple engineering projects and deadlines

Physical Capabilities:

Ability to work in engineering labs, test cells, and office environmentsOccasional standing, walking, and lifting of testing equipment as needed
