standard. Direction, coordination, and training for quality technicians, including development of work and procedures. Review documentation for all PPAP. Direct contact with the customer to provide responses to complaints, improvement opportunities, attend internal meetings and/or customer meetings regarding engineering changes, APQP, new projects and follow-up of complaints and corrective or improvement actions. Coordinate contests for the contention, repair of quality issues. Analysis of customer complaints for the development of countermeasures, and implementation of corrective actions. Coordinate meetings with the rest of the departments to follow up with countermeasures of customer complaints.
