Responsibilities:
Creating and documenting Electronic Manufacturing procedures and processes in accordance with APQP requirements and in support of project management Monitoring, measurement, and analysis of customer and plant quality performance Assuring the quality of processes and products by consistently promoting continuous improvement Lead customer and supplier root cause and resolution investigations Creating and managing internal, supplier, and customer corrective and preventative measures ISO/QS system management and support Product Quality and internal Quality ownership Support in creating long term and strategic Quality roadmap Review Quality Inspectors data as assigned to achieve quality objectives Lead the product PPAP process; including developing, reviewing and approving FMEAs, Control Plans, and SPC Provide training to others in the organization on quality and quality related topicsQualifications:
Minimum of 5 years working in Quality or Electronics Manufacturing Experience withAPQP, ISO, IATF
standards or equivalent required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to read blueprint including GD&T Working knowledge of Manufacturing Process Development and Training Experience or familiarity with Electronics Manufacturing standards (i.e. IPC) is strongly preferred Training and auditing experience a plus Supplier Quality Management experience a plus Working knowledge ofPower Point, Excel, and Outlook Additional:
This position is not a remote or hybrid position. It is 100% onsite in Troy, MI Work Travel is not required with this positionWork Hours:
Monday- Friday, flexible start time between 6:30am
- 7:30am (plant hours are 5:00am
- 3:30pm) 40-50 hours per week
Salary and Benefits:
Full-time salary position Pay commensurate with experience Performance bonus eligible 401k plan which includes a NEC (Non-Elective Contribution)- typically 3-4% of gross
Pay:
$60,000.00- $100,000.
