This Position:
Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex quality and manufacturing challenges using structured problem-solving methods. Support customer and supplier quality activities, helping ensure a positive experience and strong partnerships. Lead and facilitate root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma problem-solving efforts. Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for new products and processes. Help develop quality standards, inspection plans, acceptance criteria, and process controls. Drive the use of quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, FAI, PPAP, and process capability studies. Participate in audits and help maintain compliance with our Quality Management System and
ISO 9001
standards. Analyze quality data, identify trends, and help implement corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and customer support to improve products and processes.
YOU HAVE
Bachelor's degree required; preferably in engineering field 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or a related environment. Experience with quality tools, quality systems, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of
ISO 9001
standards is a plus. Internal Auditor training or quality certifications are a plus.

Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:
$76,000.00 - $141,100.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
