Job Description

Our client is hiring a Reliability Engineer to join their team! This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits including 3 weeks of PTO and 160 hours of sick time! This role is resposnbile for supporting a safe, reliable and efficient manufacturing operations. This person is the key technical resource for plant operations and maintenance. Troubleshoot equipment and processes to minimize downtime Lead root cause investigations for failures and operational issues Work closely with operations, maintenance and other teams to improve plant performance and equipment management Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to reliability, efficiency and operations performance Monitor equipment performance and recommend actions to improve plant reliability Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 3+ years of experience in plant, reliability or maintenance engineering Experience in chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or heavy industrial manufacturing Strong understanding of industrial equipment including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, motors, piping systems, and process instrumentation Working knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices Experience with reliability tools and methodologies such as
RCA, FMEA, RCM
Knowledge of
OSHA PSM
requirements and industrial safety standards IND2
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year
