Annual base salary:
$70,000
  • $100,100 + 10% performance bonus (total potential: $77,000
  • $110,110) 401(k) company match Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Paid time off, paid holidays, and paid parental leave Work-related allowances and competitive benefits Opportunities for global exposure, training, and career development Inclusive, innovation-driven work environment Requirements Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Automation, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering 3-5 years of experience in the dairy or food industry (equipment installation, maintenance, or commissioning) Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Solid understanding of PLC programming (Siemens or Allen Bradley preferred) Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Willingness to travel up to 50% across the U.
S. and Canada Knowledge of fluid dynamics and heat transfer (preferred) Experience with FactoryTalk View SE HMI (preferred) Familiarity with Virtual Machines and VMware (preferred) What you'll do Lead installation, commissioning, and start-up of membrane filtration and processing equipment at customer sites Troubleshoot control systems and optimize equipment performance to meet specifications Collaborate with project teams to support plant start-up, testing (FAT/I-O), and handover activities Train customer operators and provide on-site technical support during commissioning Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards while delivering detailed reports and feedback Apply now to be part of a team delivering innovative solutions that impact food, people, and the planet!
