Sr Reliability Engineer Primary Talent Partners - 4.5 Mounds View, MN Job Details Contract $55 - $65 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Preventive action implementation Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Quality control audit Quality standards in production Biomedical regulatory compliance Quality audits Full Job Description Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Sr Reliability Engineer with our medical device client in Mounds View, MN. This is an 11-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay:
$55.00 - $55.00/hr ; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Description:
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Develops, coordinates and conducts technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts and design of experiments (DOE) constructs. Recommends design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product reliability. Completes risk analysis studies of new design and processes. Compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics; investigates and analyzes relevant variables potentially affecting product and processes. Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards. Analyzes preliminary plans and develops reliability engineering programs to achieve company, customer and governmental agency reliability objectives. May develop mathematical models to identify units, batches or processes posing excessive failure risks. As necessary, proposes changes in design or formulation to improve system and/or process reliability. May determine units and/or batches requiring environmental testing, and specifies minimum number of samples to obtain statistically valid data.
Must Have Skills:
Minimum of a completed bachelor's degree is required, ideally in an engineering discipline Previous experience on Quality Systems & CAPA, Change Control and Validations Knowledgeable on Medical Device Regulatory Requirements Previous experience with Quality & Regulatory Audit activities a Reliability Engineer Primary Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
