Job Description
The Quality Assurance Engineer Intern works closely with the Quality Assurance Engineering team to support the investigation of materials produced by RTP Company to help determine dispositions.
Interface with departments/individuals to implement meaningful preventative and corrective action plans.
Coordinate extrusion, molding, and testing of compounds as needed for quality investigations. This may include operating this equipment.
Other testing and project work as necessary.
Recommend improvements based on analysis.
Maintain compliance with all work standards, company policies, and procedures.
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned, or apparent.
Work Schedule:
Full Time, Days - Monday through Friday (summer schedule) Responsibilities Facilitate the gathering of information and provide the outcome of the investigation.Interface with departments/individuals to implement meaningful preventative and corrective action plans.
Coordinate extrusion, molding, and testing of compounds as needed for quality investigations. This may include operating this equipment.
Other testing and project work as necessary.
