Job Description
Job Summary Responsible for the operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of photovoltaic (PV) module production line equipment. Ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support stable production operations through effective maintenance practices, rapid response to equipment issues, and continuous equipment performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Perform daily inspections, routine patrols, and preventive maintenance on photovoltaic (PV) module production line equipment. Strictly follow daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance schedules, including lubrication, tightening, cleaning, and equipment parameter adjustments to minimize equipment failures and improve reliability. Maintain accurate and complete equipment operating records, maintenance logs, and abnormality reports to ensure traceability and compliance. Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, reset, and repair production line equipment failures to maximize equipment uptime and minimize production downtime. Support production operations by ensuring equipment availability, participating in emergency repairs, working overtime when required, and providing on-site technical support to maintain production efficiency.
