Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team in Hendersonville, NC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you have a passion for quality assurance and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures. Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and findings. Assist in the training and development of staff on quality standards. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality engineering. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role. Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in data analysis software and quality management systems. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
