Job Description Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) Ensure quality is embedded across all operational processes and functions Own and maintain the Quality Manual, ensuring alignment with industry standards Analyse quality data, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Oversee internal audit programmes and ensure system effectiveness Manage supplier and vendor quality communication and issue resolution Ensure team training on process control, inspection techniques, and quality best practices Conduct inspections and quality control checks when required Drive compliance with AS9100 and ISO standards , acting as the key representative for audits and certifications MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
