As a Principal Program Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement quality processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Primary Focus is directly associated with Production lead looking for strategic leadership, proactive risk mitigation, process improvements and high level decision making. The job scope of the Quality Engineer includes but are not limited to Demonstrated working experience and knowledge of: Manufacturing environments Process Sheet Route Cards Manufacturing Instructions 8D RCCA Product Inspection Acceptance Documentation Hands On Support to the Quality Inspection Staff Support to Program / Project Personnel Understanding of Defense Electronics Manufacturing Quality and Workmanship Requirements IPC 610 Certification Non-Conforming Material Control Process Improvement Perspective First Article Inspection (FAI) AS9102 Conduct Effective Audits Effective communication Understand and react to Program Requirements flow down Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's Degree and 4-6+ years of experience or 8-10+ years of related experience in lieu of degree Active Secret clearance Must be able to obtain Special Access Programs (SAP) and Special Access Required (SAR) program access. $97008 - $164914 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
