Job DescriptionQuality Data & AnalysisAnalyze quality data across production, inspection, test, and repairs to prioritize continuous improvement activitiesRun process capability (Cpk/Ppk) and correlation studies against defined qualification criteriaConvert subjective inspection criteria into measurable, verifiable requirementsDeploy and maintain SPC on critical product and test parametersMaintain quality
Support product qualification between manufacturing sites, including site-to-site correlationProblem Solving & Corrective ActionLead root cause analysis on various quality issues using 8D, fishbone, and 5-Why methodsDrive corrective actions to closure across departments and verify effectivenessDisposition nonconforming material through MRBIssue and close supplier corrective action requests (SCARs) with Supply ChainProcess & DocumentationOwn PFMEAs and control plans for assigned product familiesDefine inspection methods, sampling plans, and incoming inspection requirementsWrite and revise inspection criteria, process documentation, and work instructionsLead continuous improvement projects targeting yield, scrap, and reworkQuality System & AuditsParticipate in internal audits as an auditor and support audit findings to closureSupport external registrar and customer audits, including hosting assigned process areasParticipate in supplier and site assessments alongside Supply Chain and Quality leadershipSupply data and analysis for management reviewQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field3+ years in a quality role with an electronics manufacturerWorking knowledge of process capability, SPC, Gauge R&R, and sampling plansHands-on root cause and corrective action experience (8D, fishbone, 5-Why)Electronics manufacturing background: PCBA, wire harness, and electromechanical assemblyAdvanced Excel including pivot tables; comfortable pulling and analyzing data from an ERP systemPreferredIPC-A-610, J-STD-001, etc.
