Develop and implement effective corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to resolve quality issues.

Collect and analyze technical data for product and gauge evaluations using optical comparators and CMM tools.

Identify essential personnel, procedures, gauges, and materials needed for successful new product launches.

Ensure suppliers receive necessary technical information and facilities to consistently deliver high-quality products.
