Type:
full-time We are seeking a highly motivated Reliability Engineer to serve as the technical leader for reliability, asset performance, and maintenance strategy at our manufacturing facility. This individual will drive equipment reliability initiatives across manufacturing, packaging, utilities, warehouse, and facility systems while partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams to improve uptime, reduce maintenance costs, and support world-class manufacturing performance. This is a high-impact role for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex equipment reliability challenges through root cause analysis, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 7+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Asset Management, or related manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience with RCA, FMEA, RCM, criticality assessments, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reliability improvement programs. Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, asset management, reliability KPIs, and equipment performance optimization. Experience supporting Packaging Equipment within a manufacturing setting.
