Job Description

  • Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with AS9100 and
ISO 9001.
  • Perform Supplier Source Inspection of Final Article
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare detailed audit reports, support customer and regulatory audits.
  • Develop inspection plans, control plans, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 and
J-STD-001
standards for electronic assemblies.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Collaborate with department management to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues using Fishbone and 5-Whys, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Skilled in working with department management and cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Engineering and minimum 9 years prior relevant experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years in aerospace quality engineering.
  • ASQ CQE certification preferred; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of
AS9100, ISO 9001, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001.
  • Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PPAP, MSA).
  • Excellent communications skills, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Pay:
$75,228.27 - $90,597.48 per year
