About the Role As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will serve as a vital link between production efficiency and product excellence. You will leverage your expertise in process optimization and data-driven problem solving to ensure that every output exceeds customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Design and deploy robust quality management systems to standardize production excellence. Drive the resolution of production defects by leading comprehensive root cause analysis and implementing long-term corrective actions. Champion continuous improvement projects by applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance throughput. Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing and engineering teams to mitigate quality risks during the design and production lifecycle. Maintain rigorous compliance with international standards such as IATF-16949 and
ISO-9001
through proactive internal auditing. Transform raw quality data into actionable performance reports that guide strategic decision-making. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Systems, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a quality or manufacturing engineering role. Proficiency in core quality tools including FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and Control Plans. Demonstrated success using 8D or 5 Whys methodologies for systematic problem solving. Preferred Skills Prior experience facilitating quality training sessions for production staff. Familiarity with environmental management standards like
ISO-14001.
Proven ability to manage external customer or regulatory audit processes.
